Return Policy
At Caps by Chloe, we want you to love your purchase! Below are our return guidelines for hats, clothing, and swimsuits.
Returns
We accept returns on hats and clothing within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, please email us at capsbychloe@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you would like us to provide a prepaid return label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit or refund.
- If you prefer to ship the item on your own, email us at capsbychloe@gmail.com, and we will provide you with the return shipping address.
International Packages
Please send an email to capsbychloe@gmail.com if you are interested in shipping outside of the U.S.
Package Status
Caps by Chloe is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once shipped. All orders placed after 5 PM Central Time on Friday will be shipped out first thing Monday morning.
Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of the delivery confirmation on your order. Please email us at capsbychloe@gmail.com and include pictures of the damage.
Please note: Colors may slightly vary due to lighting, screen resolution, and photography. This does not qualify as a damaged item.
