If you're not loving what you got, send it back! Caps by Chloe gives you 14 days from when your order was delivered to send it back for a store credit. We do not issue cash refunds. 

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it: unworn, free of makeup, stains, perfume, animal hair, etc.

***You are responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please include the packing slip with your return. We ask that you wrap all items in paper or place them into the original wrapping for protection reasons.

Please allow 3-4 business days for us to process your return once we receive it. Once it has been processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.

If your return is over $75 in cost you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

Package Status:

**Caps by chloe is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages once shipped. All orders placed after 5 pm central time on Friday will be shipped out first thing Monday morning.

Damaged items:

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the delivery confirmation on your order.  Please email us at and send pictures of any damage. 

Please understand that colors may sometimes slightly vary due to lightning, screen resolution, and photography. This does not qualify as a damaged item.
