Refund policy

If you're not loving what you got, send it back! Caps by Chloe gives you 14 days from when your order was delivered to send it back for a store credit.  

The hat or item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it: unworn, free of makeup, stains, perfume, animal hair, etc.

You are responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. We can also send you a prepaid return label please contact us if you would like us to do that! Shipping costs are non-refundable and if you request a return label from us that is also reduced from your store credit. 

 No authorization is needed to return an order, simply ship your item(s) to the address located on your packing slip.

Please include the packing slip with your return. We ask that you wrap all items in paper or place them into the original wrapping for protection reasons.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically received store credit. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at capsbychloe@gmail.com. If your return is over $75 in cost you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

Package Status:

**Caps by chloe is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once shipped. All orders placed after 5 pm central time on Friday will be shipped out first thing Monday morning.



Damaged items:

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the delivery confirmation of your order.  Please email us at capsbychloe@gmail.com and send pictures of any damage. 

Please understand that colors may sometimes slightly vary due to lightning, screen resolution, and photography. This does not qualify as a damaged item.
